PONDER on THIS for Friday, May 8th, 2009 by Pete Koerner in THE BELIEF FORMULA
"From this moment forward, think only positive thoughts about your health; be patient and have faith that your health has already been restored. This means no longer thinking of illness and symptoms – no matter how “real” they seem. If you die, you would have died anyway; positive thought will not speed your demise, but it could slow or prevent its untimely arrival by creating healthier physiology – this is a scientifically proven reality. There is no need or benefit in reporting on unfavorable conditions; these reports are prayers for more of the same. Remove unhealthy, or negative, influences from your life; think positively; visualize yourself doing an activity requiring good health (one you love); and do it. Do not entertain “What-ifs.” Be of good cheer and be well."
