PONDER on THIS for Friday, September 4th, 2009 by Pete Koerner in THE BELIEF FORMULA
“When most people think of the word trinity, they think of religious descriptions of “the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” Sadly, it is through translations, misunderstanding, misrepresentation, and perhaps fraud and deception on a monumental scale, that most of our current religious practices have been derived. When I say, “sadly,” I am referring to the obviously unfortunate state of religion in general, as well as that of many religious people. Face it; if you are doing everything your religion has told you to do (regardless of what religion that might be), yet you still suffer or experience lack, you are simply using a system that doesn’t work. It is not a case of you not being good enough, or not being smart enough to use religion effectively; the problem lies within the system itself.”
