PONDER on THIS for Wednesday, February 9th, 2011 by SARK in GLAD NO MATTER WHAT

"Dreams do not get lost. They will wait forever and are very resilient. I experienced this directly when my biggest dream at 10 years old, of being “A beacon of hope and writing books for the world,” didn’t physically manifest until 25 years later at age 35, after years of self-destructive behavior and wild living.

Every morsel of everything I experienced in those years between 10 and 35 has been, or is being, utilized by my dreams today. Nothing was lost, wasted, or broken in the process, even though the inner critics will tell you it was. Inner critics are not right! Don’t listen to them. Give them new jobs to do."
