PONDER on THIS for Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 by Nicolya Christi in 2012 A CLARION CALL

“So what can you do to heal your ancestors? First of all heal them by remembering them, not for the hurt they may have caused you, which keeps them bound to you and results in the experience of you continuing to experience their pain in your life, but by elevating them in your thoughts. Be willing to remember them as they would wish to be remembered. Honor that all you experienced by knowing them was for your higher good and served the ongoing evolution of your soul. Try to forgive them by showing compassion, empathy, and understanding, for in doing so you not only set them free, but also liberate yourself. Set an intent that “it ends here.” Do this, not just for yourself or those who are no longer here, but for the generations to come. You can set a precedent for a future family lineage that is free from the bonds and chains of the patterns of the past.”
