PONDER on THIS for Sunday, October 21st, 2018 by Starr Weldon in LEARNING TO TRUST: THE STAR CHILD AWAKENING, BOOK 1

“We hold ourselves back by hanging on to old issues, grievances, and hurts. Sometimes the person (or persons) we have issues with has changed, but we resent that change because we are busy hanging on to something that hurt or disappointed us and haven’t resolved it. So both parties are then stuck. One person letting go can be the catalyst for both persons being able to move on. Otherwise, we repeat and repeat, pulling ourselves and the others back over and over again.

This is how we get into the flow. We let the old die. We celebrate the endings. We welcome change and growth. We then are able to resolve the blocks that keep us tied to the past. Allow yourself to move. You can do this by allowing others to move. Don’t hold them to the past.”

Compiler’s Note: I read this book while I was on vacation this summer and really enjoyed it. I’ve known the author for several years and am so proud of her for finally publishing this because she has a lot of valuable information to share.
