Jeff Maziarek, author of Spirituality Simplified and Codi's Journey (slated for release in November 2008), launched Pondercentral.com in May 2007 as a web-based forum for “PONDER on THIS,” a series of weekday inspirational and/or thought-provoking” email messages he began sending to subscribers in March of 1999.

Selected from his continually growing library of spiritual and/or personal growth books, the messages are currently received by hundreds of people all over the world. A FREE service since its inception, “PONDER on THIS” provides subscribers with meaningful content to assist them on their individual paths of spiritual growth. In addition, it benefits subscribers, authors, and publishers by including “links” to Amazon.com and other Web sites where subscribers can learn more about the book being quoted, and also purchase it. In all instances these links are provided as a convenience, and do not generate any type of compensation for Pondercentral.

Since “PONDER on THIS” has been in existence for over eight years, and because a sizable percentage of subscribers have not been receiving the messages for the entire term, twice per week Pondercentral.com delivers “Best of” passages from its archives. This practice was adopted a few years ago for the simple reason that valuable inspirational content shared previously is clearly worth hearing again.
