It is exactly how it is. It is about realizing that we have the power to decide what we allow and what not into our mind and, second step: I want a positive thought only! I do not have a cold, my back is fine, etc. We can decide how much focus and energy we give to a thought. The more energy we give to a thought, feeling, pain, emotion, the more it will grow and manifest itself.
Check carefully with what your mind is busy and decide if you want this to happen or not.
All good wishes
Hannelore

This article is wonderful. People need to be more aware of animals and their importance to humanity. We can not assume that animals are any less important to God than we are. I once had two cats who just happened to have litters at nearly the same time. One of the new mothers abandoned her litter. I thought that they would all perish but to my surprise and delight the other mother adopted the abandoned litter and raised them as her own. Look at that which animals can teach us if we just pay attention, patience, humility, respect, love, compassion among other things. What do you want to learn today?
