“True health is beyond your thoughts, emotions, and physical body. Even if your body is challenged with illness and has reached the end of its lifespan, your being can never get old, sick, die, or disappear from existence. Your being stays forever young, healthy, and whole. True health and happiness, therefore, can only be found within the silent presence of your being.
You live in your being twenty-fours a day, even when you are asleep. In fact, you can never be outside of it. When you lose awareness of your being and identify with fluctuating thoughts, emotions, desires, and attachments to people and things, you forget to see that life is simply a playground to help you become conscious of who you truly are.”
Mada Eliza Dalian, in “Healing the Body & Awakening Consciousness With The Dalian Method”

Compiler’s Note: I just started reading this book last Thursday night and it’s fascinating. What IF the underlying cause of all illness is indeed “what has been left unsaid”? What IF the body is just an energy vessel, and unexpressed thoughts and emotions build up to the point where the energy has to be used in some way, so that energy becomes illness, disease, and pain? Makes a lot of sense to me.
