PONDER on THIS for Thursday, March 5th, 2015 by Michelle Bersell in F.E.E.L.: FEEL EVERY EMOTION AS LOVE

“Being human, you are going to get stubborn sometimes about your beliefs and behaviors. This happens to all of us because having a set way of being and doing can simplify life so that you are not constantly having to reinvent the wheel. The problem is, it becomes difficult to recognize when you are too narrowly focused. Rather than seeing the warning signs of your limited view, your ego turns frustration and disappointment into blaming other people or circumstances. Remain unaware, and you unconsciously sabotage your dreams.

Thank goodness you feel frustration, because that energy is present to tell you to stop unconsciously acting upon your fears and choose your inner guidance instead. Your fear sees danger, dead ends, and overall impossibility, while your essence knows exactly what you need to do. The question is: Are you willing to step outside the comfort zone of what you believe you know and instead do something which initially makes no sense to your rational mind? If you continue to say no, frustration will only grow, eventually turning into anger, depression, or anxiety until you are willing to trust.”
