PONDER on THIS for Monday, June 29th, 2009 by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer in YOU’LL SEE IT WHEN YOU BELIEVE IT

“Blame you can eliminate. Revenge you can send out of your life. But the best you can do with judgment is to reduce the amount of it in your daily life. Judgment means to view the world as you are, rather than as it is. It is impossible to avoid judgment completely, because virtually every thought has some judgment in it. To tell yourself that this is a beautiful day is a judgment. To send someone love is a judgment. To evaluate anyone or anything is a judgment. Thus, you can only avoid judgment when you avoid thinking altogether, and that would be absurd.

But you can significantly reduce the amount of negative judging that you do, and this is a kind of forgiveness that will help to improve the quality of your life dramatically.”
