PONDER on THIS for Friday, September 25th, 2009 by Pete Koerner in THE BELIEF FORMULA

“Do you see the similarities among certain people with certain chronic illnesses? Can you see that people with similar personalities will often develop similar physical appearances and health conditions? It is actually quite easy to see when you become aware, and it is quite interesting, too. Realize that these things apply to everyone; so look at yourself honestly and understand that you created what you see – maybe accidentally – and you can just as certainly reverse anything you choose.

Focus on the bad, see yourself as a victim, and wallow in misery if you wish; but remember it is your free will keeping your focus, attention, energy, and life, in disarray. Shift your focus and you will change what you see in your life. Free will simply means that you can choose to not be a victim of your own negativity, or other people’s emotions and attitudes.”
