PONDER on THIS for Tuesday, July 15th, 2014 by Eliza Mada Dalian in IN SEARCH OF THE MIRACULOUS

“Each time a thought comes into your consciousness, look at it with a welcoming attitude, accept it, and let it go. Don’t judge or analyze the thought, just accept it and let it go. When you try to analyze or judge thoughts as good or bad, you fuel them with your energy and, therefore, have a harder time letting them go. As you go on accepting your thoughts, remind yourself that you are not the thoughts but are the witnessing awareness that observes them. If you continue watching all your thoughts with acceptance, you will be free of their influences and they will no longer disturb you. With each practice of acceptance and letting go, you’ll see that although thoughts always come and go, you inner silence always remains unchanged. From emptiness thoughts come and into emptiness they go. So say “hello” when you see them, and “good-bye” as you let them go.”
