BEST of PONDER on THIS for Thursday, May 7th, 2020 by William L. Murtha in DYING FOR A CHANGE

Will Murtha: I have to grin and bear it. There are orders to find and bills to pay. Anyway, that’s what I do best. Grin and bear it. I put up and shut up. I just get on with living my life.

Voice of Higher Presence: Please, let me assure you of one undeniable fact. There are always conscious choices to be made. There are always solutions. Healing is only ever one step away. Putting up with your life situation in this manner is definitely not living your life. It is certainly not life-fulfilling or life-sustaining. Living and existing are not one and the same. Merely existing disconnects you from your emotions. Living abundantly taps you into your emotions.

Do you not realize that denying how you feel traps negative energy in your body? It blocks your life flow and makes you ill. Know that hiding how you feel under a smiling face is only a temporary cosmetic fix. I know that you are a positive thinker. You always have been, but positive thinking is only one level of your everyday reality. And if positive thoughts are not built on a solid foundation, then they are nothing more than an illusory veneer. You may have imagined that you can continually keep painting over your problems with the gloss of a smile. You may well be able to cover up your feelings with a laugh. But, sooner or later, your true emotions will break through because truth always finds the surface. Emotion is always drawn to the light.”
