When our core belief is “I am not enough,” this becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Just drop it.

Affirm: I am enough and have always been enough. Dropping the concept “I am not good enough to be loved and approved of or to prosper” involves dropping our concern about what anyone, including our parents, children, and mate, thinks of us.”
