PONDER on THIS for Monday, January 11th, 2010 by Ping Li in AWAKENING

“Anytime you have doubts or find yourself being critical, judgmental or unforgiving, ask yourself the following questions: What am I learning about myself here? Am I learning to take responsibility for all my actions and growing more loving and compassionate towards others, myself and the situations in my life? Am I learning to forgive myself and others? Am I learning to detach myself from people, things and the world? Am I learning to be the co-creator of my life by taking responsibility for my thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, visions and emotions? Am I learning to honor myself for who I truly am? Am I learning to open my heart to receive love and all the gifts of the universe? If you ask these questions, you shall receive the answers at the right time, when you are ready to hear them.

Once you have insights about your life lessons, your life’s situation will become much clearer to you. You will have clarity about why your life is the way it is right now. Your soul did not intend for you to manifest suffering or pain in your physical experiences but rather to learn your life lessons and, in so doing, heal your body, mind and soul, your relationships with yourself and others, and all areas of your life. Pain and suffering are the greatest teachers and motivators. They are your greatest inspirations to seek your true self, joy, happiness and fulfillment in life. Learning your life lessons will allow you to transmute and lift your emotions to a higher vibrational frequency and release your negative feelings about every situation in your life.”
