“The word “renunciate” holds such wrongful meaning. In truth, you cannot renounce anything – because what you resist persists. The true renunciate does not renounce, but simply chooses differently. This is an act of moving toward something, not away from … Continue reading

“Nothing occurs in your life – nothing – which is not first a thought. Thoughts are like magnets, drawing effects to you. The thought may not always be obvious, and thus clearly causative, as in, “I’m going to contract a … Continue reading

“Doing is a function of the body. Being is a function of the soul. The body is always doing something. Every minute of every day it’s up to something. It never stops, it never rests. It’s either doing what it’s … Continue reading
BEST of PONDER on THIS for Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 by Neale Donald Walsch in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD BOOK 1
“Some of your religions have built up whole theologies around the misconception that God would – or could – create anything imperfect. And that is what it is, literally: a misconception. For anything I conceive – all that to which … Continue reading

BEST of PONDER on THIS for Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 by Neale Donald Walsch in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD BOOK 1
“All people are special, and all moments are golden. There is no person and there is no time one more special than the other. Many people choose to believe that God communicates in special ways and only with special people. … Continue reading
BEST of PONDER on THIS for Thursday, June 27th, 2019 by Neale Donald Walsch, in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD, BOOK 1
“God says it’s okay to be happy – yes, even happy in your work. Your life work is a statement of Who You Are. If it is not, why are you doing it? Do you imagine that you HAVE to? … Continue reading
BEST of PONDER on THIS for Thursday, May 17th, 2018 by Neale Donald Walsch in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD, BOOK 1
“There is no such thing as “getting to heaven.” There is only a knowing that you are already there. There is an accepting, an understanding, not a working for or a striving. You cannot go to where you already are. … Continue reading

“So, do you want your life to “take off”? Begin at once to imagine it the way you want it to be—and move into that. Check every thought, word, and action that does not fall into harmony with that. Move … Continue reading

BEST of PONDER on THIS for Friday, July 7th, 2017 by Neale Donald Walsch in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD, BOOK 1
Neale Donald Walsch: What is hell? God: It is the experience of the worst possible outcome of your choices, decisions, and creations. It is the natural consequence of any thought which denies Me, or says no to Who You Are … Continue reading

“There is no judgment in what you call the afterlife. You will not even be allowed to judge yourself (for you would surely give yourself a low score given how judgmental and unforgiving you are with yourself in this life). … Continue reading
BEST of PONDER on THIS for Monday, September 5th, 2016 by Neale Donald Walsch in CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD BOOK 1
“Worry is just about the worst form of mental activity there is – next to hate, which is deeply self-destructive. Worry is pointless. It is wasted mental energy. It also creates bio-chemical reactions which harm the body, producing everything from … Continue reading
