How can you contribute to planetary peace within your own life today? Have you set aside time to turn within, become centered and have a personal experience of the divine? Is there some thing or condition you can create today which will alleviate suffering or bring joy to someone else?

Befriend your fears by spending time with them, finding out what they want to tell you or teach you. Most fears only need to be acknowledged in order to loosen their grip. This does not mean you condone or accept their behavior, but it does mean you make an attempt to understand their points of reference. When you do, the gap closes, and you are less likely to walk around saying, “So-and-so is the reason I am who I am,” because chances are pretty good they are saying the same thing about you. So who is right? I could give you the answer, but searching it out for yourself might be a better idea.”
